The “Jewel” colours are vibrant and bright! They are highly reflective and shine with the same colour throughout. For example, a blue colour would sparkle with blue highlights.
The Jewel Sparkle Range is classified as non toxic by current EU regulations. This classification is used for products which if eaten are not absorbed by the body and are not toxic. The other normally used term is "edible". This is a term used to describe recognised foodstuffs. Only ingredients that are absorbed by the body can be classified as foodstuffs. So to sum up, the Sparkle Range is safe if it comes into contact with food, is non toxic but is not classified as a food stuff because your body does not absorb it.
